Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information NoCurve Digital Solutions, LLC ("NoCurve Digital", "we", "us") collects through this website and the CrewSheet app at crewsheet.nocurvedigital.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email support@nocurvedigital.com.
The short version
- We collect what you put into CrewSheet so the app can work for you.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't show ads.
- Your company's data is kept separate from every other company's.
- You can ask us to send you your data or delete it at any time.
What we collect
Your account. Your email address and a password. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), so no one, including us, can read them.
Your company. Company name, contact name, phone, email, address and logo, and your settings (trade, labor rates, tax and other choices).
Your work. What you enter to run your jobs: clients and their contact details and addresses, jobs, zones and measurements, materials and prices, quotes, invoices, change orders, payments you record, work lists, schedules, licenses and insurance dates, and any files you upload.
Emails sent through CrewSheet. When you email a quote, invoice or change order, we keep a record of who it went to, when, and whether it was sent, so you can see it in the app.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our servers record things like your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the service running, secure and fixed when something breaks.
About your clients' information
The client names, phone numbers, emails and addresses you enter belong to your business. We store and use them only to provide CrewSheet to you (for example, to put them on a quote or send a quote you asked us to send). We don't contact your clients for our own purposes. You're responsible for having your clients' permission to keep and use their information the way your business does.
How we use it
- To run CrewSheet: save your work, do the calculations, make PDFs, send the emails you ask us to send.
- To keep accounts secure, for example locking an account after too many wrong passwords.
- To answer your questions and tell you about important changes to the service.
- To fix problems and improve CrewSheet. When we look at how the app is used, we do it to make it better for contractors, not to sell anything about you.
Cookies
CrewSheet uses a few small cookies that it needs to work: one keeps you logged in, one protects forms from being sent by another website, and a few remember your choices on that device (dark mode, the trade you're working in, and "don't show this again" on help pop-ups). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of trusted companies to run CrewSheet. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Microsoft Azure (in the United States): hosts the app, its database, uploaded files and backups, and sends the emails you send from CrewSheet.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and handles our domain name and email forwarding.
- jsDelivr: delivers some standard page code (styles and the schedule chart) to your browser. Like any website, it sees your IP address when it does.
We don't sell or rent your information. We would share it otherwise only if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of selling or merging the business (and the new owner would have to honor this policy).
How we protect it
Every connection to CrewSheet is encrypted (HTTPS). Each company can only see its own data. Passwords are hashed, and the database is backed up. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you if a problem affects it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your company's data within 30 days, except for anything the law requires us to keep. Copies in backups are overwritten on the normal backup schedule.
Your choices
- See and change it: most of your information can be viewed and edited right in CrewSheet.
- Take it with you: reports export to spreadsheets (CSV) and PDF, and your quotes and invoices are PDFs. Ask us and we'll send you a full copy of your company's data.
- Delete it: email us to close your account and delete your data.
Email support@nocurvedigital.com for any of these. We'll answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Children
CrewSheet is a business tool for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change is important, we'll also tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
