Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and NoCurve Digital Solutions, LLC ("NoCurve Digital", "we", "us") for using CrewSheet at crewsheet.nocurvedigital.com. By creating an account or using CrewSheet, you agree to them. If you're signing up for a company, you're agreeing for that company and telling us you're allowed to.

1. What CrewSheet is

CrewSheet is software that helps trade contractors measure jobs, figure materials, make quotes, invoices, change orders and work lists, and keep track of their business. It's a tool to help you run your business. You make the decisions.

2. Check the numbers (important)

CrewSheet works out material amounts, costs, labor, taxes, mixes, deadlines and other figures from what you enter and from general rules of thumb (for example, how many blocks go in a square foot of wall, or how much water a bag takes). These are estimates. Products, job sites and local rules vary. Before you quote, order, build or file anything, check the amounts, prices, product labels and instructions yourself.

Reminders such as lien deadlines, bid due dates and license or insurance expirations are there to help, not to replace your own records or advice from a lawyer or accountant. Lien and tax rules differ by state and change over time, so confirm the ones that apply to you.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give us accurate information.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us right away at support@nocurvedigital.com if you think someone else is using it.

4. Your data is yours

Everything you put into CrewSheet (your company, clients, jobs, prices, quotes, invoices, files) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run CrewSheet for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it, and you can ask us to delete it.

You're responsible for what you enter and send, including having your clients' permission to keep their contact details and to email them quotes and invoices.

5. Using CrewSheet fairly

Please don't:

• break the law with it, or use it to send spam or misleading documents;
• try to get into another company's data, or test, scan or overload our systems;
• copy, resell or rebuild CrewSheet, or let people outside your company use your account;
• upload anything harmful (viruses) or anything you don't have the right to use.

We may suspend an account that does these things, and we'll tell you why when we can.

6. Price

CrewSheet is free during early access. Before any paid plan applies to you, we'll tell you the price and give you time to decide. You'll never be charged without agreeing to it first.

7. Changes to CrewSheet

We're improving CrewSheet all the time, so features will be added, changed and sometimes removed. If we ever plan to shut CrewSheet down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to export your data.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using CrewSheet at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. Sections 2, 4, 9, 10 and 11 still apply after an account ends.

9. No guarantees

We work hard to keep CrewSheet accurate, secure and running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be free of mistakes or interruptions, or that its estimates will match a particular job. Keep your own copies of important documents (the PDFs and exports are there for that).

10. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, NoCurve Digital isn't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses such as lost profits, lost jobs, material over- or under-orders, missed deadlines or lost data. Our total responsibility for any claim about CrewSheet is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

11. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems can be fixed quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, and any lawsuit about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in West Virginia.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change is important, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using CrewSheet after that means you accept the new terms.
